Found the problem immediately and solved it. Very happy with the results. They also fit me into their schedule quickly. You can tell they care about their customers.

Original outlet was changed temporally piggy backing wires, came back 5 days later to add additional outlets for pool filter, which we dug hole for and placed post with cement, to save time and money. Technician ran the pipe and wire for the GFI outlet off the original receptical to our new post, then changed two GFI outlets to make them code, outlet only wiring was already there. Went out to check with tech and the GFI kept tripping and he was working on it. I went back into the house and then I saw the tech leaving without saying a word if it was fixed or not. I go to use the outlet off the deck and it would trip my breaker in the garage, and I was afraid to use the one near the pool water because I did not know if it was fixed. Called Reed with these issues, and he sent same tech back which I really did not want, tech came back told me outlet was fixed and we check and it worked, He had to change one of the GFI outlets he installed because water got in the box that he installed. He left and everything is working. I filled the dirt hole, Then I get a message from Reed he called me with the bill and I thought it was ridiculous, I was flabbergasted with his bill, He charged me for 4 hours when the tech was there 3 hours and 15 minutes. He said are you going to be this way? He accused me of yelling at him, which I was not. I told him to grow up and become a business man and he hung up on me. Now all he is doing is texting me and still has not provided me with a detailed bill, I will be happy to pay the corrected amount. He is texting me that he is not charging me for him having to send his tech out to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Like he is doing me a favor. He acknowledges he had to send the tech back.

The electrician they sent was very knowledgeable. He had to first analyze the problem to decide where the short was in the line. He did that expeditiously and then fixed what was necessary.

He gave me quote of $329 but made a bill of $357.22 only explanation was that he made a mistake. We still paid it we are not happy we will never use them again.
