I'll let the text history and photos speak for themselves. This is the worst reliability I've ever experienced from a lawn service. I paid every bill immediately, referred them to my landlord with no incentive or discount, and even let it go when we agreed to mow an additional portion of the lawn for a higher price and it wasn't done. I was patient and understanding through excuse after excuse: the mower broke, it was too hot, it was raining (including days when there wasn't a cloud in the sky), etc. Who says it was "too wet/humid" on an average, dry day August day, and doesn't show for 11 DAYS, turning a bi-weekly service into nearly a month between cuts. If I were a business owner, I would be there first thing the next day. Now, once again, I'm more than two weeks past our agreed-upon mowing date and can't even get a response. Here I sit, another month since my last mow, at the end of the season when virtually nobody is taking new clients. And for no reason at all. Thanks Janet!
