After getting estimates from several builders and deck specialists, RJ Fisher Construction Company won the bid and our business. With this project, Rick took on his first deck in Stafford County. Rick was upfront, competitively priced, always accessible, and 100% honest throughout the entire process. Rick provided everything we needed to submit to our H.O.A. and facilitated all permits and inspections. Recently my parents experienced severe water damage to their condo. A ruptured hot water heater in the unit above them forced them out of their home at 4:00 in the morning. We called Mr. Fisher, he arrived to evaluate the damage within a couple hours, his crew began working the very same day. We expected that repairs would require over a month to complete. We explained to Rick that our parents are nearly 80 years old and both disabled, he immediately devoted additional manpower and resources to get the job done. Amazingly he finished in under 10 days. I met with several contractors before building my deck but went with RJ Fisher Construction Co .after Rick came to my home and spent a great deal of time with me explaining the pros/cons of different types of materials and design options. He also gave me a fair price for the job. He patiently waited to start the job during my HOA approval process and once the approval came through started the work right away with a crew that was on time each day and finished the project quickly. Rick provided project updates and corrected any items that I wasn't completely satisfied with. Highly recommended!

Rick Fisher listened carefully, and treated us like we were creating a work of art. He invited us to his house to see his deck and how he used different materials and how different options might work with our planned deck. The attention to detail and quality of work was quickly evident each individually took pride in every cut, like they were putting together a masterpiece. They clearly like working for their boss and displayed good camaraderie. We were very happy with the finished product, definitely felt we got our money's worth. Would use him again and strongly recommend him.

My experience with RJ Fisher Construction Company was delightful. My deck turned out amazing! I was happy to find a contractor that was patient with me and really wanted to help me figure out exactly what I wanted- not just hurry and get the job started. Rick's ideas are original, the crew's craftmanship is remarkable, and I now have the best looking deck on the block! Cant wait to get the gazebo started next week! Fisher did a very fine job. I'm very pleased with their work. I had multiple projects done at once so finding a single contractor was very important. Work done to my townhouse includes: new upper deck, new sliding door from kitchen to deck (break through wall, remove windows, install sliding door); demo existing basement level deck and replace with stamped concrete patio, demo and replace fencing, stain fence. All work was done well, in a timely manner. Communication was very good most times. Small problem with some digging and underground wires, but contractor fixed problem immediately. Really incorporated my concerns and preferences.
