Disappointed that he didn't return my calls and submit the estimate that was agreed upon. I paid $125 for the consultation and was expecting some type of return.

We awoke to an unforeseen major clog in our home plumbing system with no use of our showers, toilets, or sinks on Memorial Day with company on their way! Bob and Brian dropped their plans and came to our rescue. They completely cleared our nasty, stubborn, 88 year old cast-iron house trap within 2 hours! What a way to help a Vet on Memorial Day! Our drains are now working better than ever. We have used R.J. Frederick many times in the past for our kitchen & bath renovations as well as general plumbing needs. We highly recommend them. They are extremely trustworthy and their prices are very reasonable. If we know of an upcoming project, we plan it around them because they are very knowledgeable converting the old parts of our system to function with modern appliances and fixtures. We have no problem waiting for their services because we know the job will be done correctly and trust them wholeheartedly with our biggest investment.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work that was done by Mr. Fredericks. He explained in detail every step of the process and helped me to make a good decision in my choice of sump pumps. He was honest, patient, and went out of his way to complete the job regardless of how much time it took to get the correct materials. I would definitely hire him again and recommend Bob and his partner to my friends. Best of all the noise is gone and I have a new pump which is suitable for my townhouse!

Bob was very knowledgeable and polite. We spoke on the phone and the estimate was still the same from when we spoke and when he came to check out the job that was needed. We agreed on a date and he and his helper, Brian came and replaced my water heater within 3 hours. I would use him again, without hesitation.

Emergency! Leak in the expansion tank of my water system near my hot water heater, 1:00 AM on Sunday night. Left a note on Home Advisor, he called me at 7:30 AM Monday and came out at noon that day. Fixed it (and a couple other things) well within the estimate he gave me on the phone. Done quickly and done well. Thanks, Bob!

My old water heater stopped working so we run out of hot water, and it is quite an urgent matter for our family due to severe weather condition (15~20 F). We called a couple of plumbing companies and also tried both Angie's list and home advisor. Bob is the most reasonable plumber we talk with, both in courtesy and price. We made the call at the morning and he came to our place around 5:30 PM. The whole installation took about 3 hours due to complication of the pipes in my place. We were very glad that we had hot water that night and it is a tough job to do. Bob and his buddy did a very good job in terms of installation, cleaning and piping. Overall, we have an excellent experience hiring him, and he's a very reasonable, nice and experienced plumber that we'll definitely recommend to our friends.

It was a toilet replacement and I might have been able to do it myself but I did learn a lot from the plumber about factory parts that have short comings. He took the time to look over my entire plumbing system and made suggestion that where helpful and might save money down the road. He removed the old toilet and cleaned up the area leaving it maybe cleaner then it was found! And oh yeah replaced a part that I did not even think about needing that would have left the toilet unusable for a least another hour so. I got what I paid for and did not have to lift a finger! I will use HomeAdvisor for my next project!
