In the privacy garden they were asked to grade the gravel and artificial grass so that excessive rain water would drain properly. The grading was not properly done, and water pools ankle deep just as it did before I hired them.. That was the reason I hired them in the firs place, to take care of the water problem I was having, and this was their solution. I have tried to contact them and they do not return my calls or emails.
