Communication could have been better. Did an excellent job cleaning gutters. Much cheaper than the next guy.hiring him for other work

The crew had trouble remembering our original agreement for building a set of deck stairs. I felt compeled to stay with them during the project to insure a satisfactory job.

Called when he was running late. Arrived went to work and got it done. Fair price. Good to work with.

Fixed Gutters put two down spouts in but the waters not going away from house, Did job on wed 06/05 called him on thur 06/06 told him about this its tues having hurd from him this is not good business as far as i'm concerned the job isn't finished I paid him so he don't care that's my take, will probable fixed myself not good business.

Rick explained everything and was there when he said he would be. He also did some other work for me at this same location which was also a huge help and priced very fair. His team were also very hard working. It has been very hard for me to travel from Chicago and find good help in WV to do the work and do it right or as promised ! Rick will now be the first person I call for any project reguardless if I am there or not.

They got the job done.

First they did not show up for time they designated to provide the quote. When they did provide the quote we never found the paper copy they left at the house. We did get quotes from multiple companies and they did have the best quote. They showed up two hours late to start the job, though it was a Saturday afternoon, and that was a plus. The work they did was a good job, left a few items on the side of the house but overall pleased with the results. Overall work was done well, but communication skills not the best, and time management was an issue.

Did not show up on date and time of apt. rescheduled for Saturday morning at 10AM, showed up at 1130 as we were leaving the house for a meeting. Did not see them when they were supposed to come and evaluate the job.

Reasonably priced, quick and hard working while here, not quite as thorough as I thought they might be. All in all, a good job.

Several hours late (twice) but hard workers. They cleaned my gutters and placed new guards over them. They also contracted to cut down a small tree but they didn't bring the proper equipment and didn't take away the tree as they said they would. They just dragged it across the street to a wooded area and dropped it there. Nice guys but I wouldn't ask them to do a very big job unless they can bring the proper equipment and manpower. I was very happy with the price they charged me, though, even with the shortcomings mentioned.
