Caution! Provided inadequate estimate for labor and materials that was short by 50 percent. I expected a professional plumber with at least 1 able bodied helper what I got was an unprofessional plumber and 2 daughters. He says he is insured but I doubt it. I paid him a fair amount for the work and its still incomplete. I am out of pocket another 1400 in materials to complete the job myself or hire someone else to finish.

"I did my work. I put all 13 drains in but he said its incomplete. This family tries to take advantage of me in my work. I told him that one machine would not be available for at least several days. So he offer me to used his tractor but I should not have used it because he threw that up in my face. I should have waited so that there would not been a problem. He kept telling me good work every day but it was a lie. The only thing I had to do was finished on the side to fill in and I was going to do that the next day. But when I came down him so call wife came out and told me to get off the property and gave me 200.00 which they owe me 1775.00"

The man operates out of his car and there is no company signs or phone numbers on his vehicle . Which I didn't know until he arrived at my house. Although he did install a new hot water tank and cleaned up his mess before he left. He gave me a one year warranty on his work and 5 year on the water tank.

I got tired of waiting for another plumber to fix a broken hose bib, so I contacted HomeAdvisor and they hooked me up with RJ Jackson Plumbing. They came to my house on short notice and got straight to work. They diagnosed the problem and took care of it quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. They were very friendly, let me watch everything they did, explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with their work and am looking forward to give them another plumbing project in the near future. 5 stars!
