"I want to respond to Mr. H's remarks: We entered into a construction contract to remove his existing burned home and replace it with the same designed home. It took the insurance company 5 months to get the claim together. We completed the demolition and proceeded to obtain a building permit. The preexisting building codes would not apply with new construction. However, the setbacks would not work for the existing design. Variances would have to be obtained to allow the construction to continue. Mr. H was advised that we do not participate in getting variances. He was advised that the cost to get the variances was about $2,000.00 and he would have to get an attorney to handle this process. He advised me he had no money to start this process and everything stopped waiting for the approval on the variances. I didn't hear from Mr. H for about 4 months. He told me that he hadn't done anything and had decided to go and purchase another home instead of a building. This is a serious "Breach of Contract" by Mr. H. If Mr. H obtains the appropriate town approvals that would allow us to obtain a building permit, we will continue to construct his home. These delays in obtaining the proper town approvals rest on Mr. H's shoulders, not ours. We are ready willing and able to continue the build once this has been worked out with the town. The rating that Mr. H has stated above is FALSE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY."
"In this digital world anyone can say anything they want about a company. If the company doesn't respond it becomes factual! In this case the truth has been twisted. The amount of work that was done was about $45,000 on an 85,000 Contract. We needed to receive a Draw for 15,000 to cover the subs contracts. That was never provided. Consequently, Liens were placed on the property by the subcontractors that haven't been paid. If the home owner had provided us with the funds there would no liens on the property. We do excellent work and this customer now wants to hurt our business by these remarks. The facts are that no funds were provided and lie"
"Our responsibility is to provide an outstanding product to all our customers. This customer doesn't realize that I do not perform the work my sub-contractors do. I have been using these quality workers for 15 years and do a fantastic job. The market in Atlanta is very hot right now and schedules are difficult to bring together. This issue has been satisfied. I expect a retraction on this comment coming shortly."
"This was a complete basement remodel! The customer was very pleased with the build out!"
