This was a great first experience with this contractor, for a water heater replacement. From the very beginning they were very responsive to all of my questions, and I had many. The crew came on time, they were efficient, friendly and cleaned up after the work. I had a follow-up question after the installation and the owner went out of his way to get an answer for me. This type of customer service makes a big difference. I don't have extensive data on comparative pricing, but the checking I did, put them very reasonable vs. the others. My only ask would be that the crew spent a little more time with me explaining the unit, its operation and what to look for to determine if anything was amiss. Overall a very good experience and I would use RJN again. Thanks!

Ray was very accomodating and always responded promptly to emails. The work was done as scheduled. The workers were very professional, polite and courteous. They also provided additional information to help preserve our deck. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them for additional projects.

Ray installed my garage door opener for me. He did a great job as he has done for me in the past. I will definitely ask him to help me with future projects.

RJN showed up when they said they would. That is very important to us because we have tried to hire other people and they don't even show up for the estimate.

They were very quick to respond and very professional. They came out twice, once for initial meeting, and second time to come up with a plan as to how they were going to do this. Today work was completed in an hour and fifteen minutes. They were wonderful! I can't say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend RJN Contractors, Inc. They were very responsive, dependable, and professional. They knew their craft and did not take advantage, but rather were fair and honest. Upon discovering a hidden problem (rotten wooden support under the existing slider) they stoppped and made need repairs before continuing. The additional charge was very reasonable and they were still able to complete the job in their proposed timeframe, leaving only after everything was to my satisfaction.
