I don't understand the other reviews although I must say we originally found this company to be polite and responsive to accepting our request for weekly lawn maintenance and some landscaping. However, as time passed on, the owner became repeatedly unresponsive to our requests for additional garden work. What landscaper worth his grain of salt would build a garden bed higher than an adjacent driveway? As a result, when it rained, runoff created a large pool of water and when it was cold, this turned to ice creating a very unsafe condition. We repeated asked the owner to correct the condition but he just ignored our request and phone calls.
