They showed me the problem, provided solutions and recommendations, and cost up front. They were efficient and professional. Replaced 18yr old gas furnace for ... $2,100 for a Heil furnace 70,000 BTU's, 80% efficiency, plus reinstalled drains for the AC and Humidifier, and a new thermostat. I'm not sure about the price, but the work looks prestine. Time will tell ...

The tech showed up on time and completed the work successfully. I thought the price was a little high hence only a 3.5 for the "value" question.

They came exactly as planned, discovered the problem within minutes and fixed it in a few more. Total time for a non working AC, 45 minutes. I would and will use them again if necessary
