Communication is important when two families own a house together, and Rory managed to pull this off both BEFORE and DURING the construction process. He was very clear in telling and showing us what we could expect, and on a daily basis answered our questions and concerns. The project turned out great and we will definitely use him again!! I also need to say we enjoyed working with his entire crew.

We found Rory after dealing with a contractor that failed to correctly complete our home repairs. Rory responded In a timely manner and showed up when he said he would. He was very personable and explained in detail what needed to be done. He gave us a very fair estimate and a timeline we could work with. He was professional, reliable & honest....he is definitely one of the good ones. Rory went over and above for us. He was a pleasure to do business with.
