They came out tore up my yard broke my tank cover. Never actually pumped my tank. Tried to tell me I needed an $8000 job. He got upset when I declined. Got rude and lied every step of the way. I had to pay another company to come out and they contradicted everything he said. Also I spoke to multiple companies before I could find another one that services my area and they said over the phone that it even sounds like he?s scamming. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.

"Please do not bash my company as the reason your yard is dug up is 1. access door was below grade 2. had to find the proper location of tank 3. your tank was emptied and filling back up as being pumped due to drain field issues. 4. tank cover was a home made illegal lid and septic 5. we will be contacting health department per 2 households on one tank is very Illegal hope u have blessed day."

Ricky came to do an estimate for percolation test for my land early Oct. I paid up front on the day he came to see. I should have never done that. I did it because of all the 5 star ratings. They failed to file the paperwork with the county as of today. Every time I call for a status update - the voice mail is full message I get on the business phone. No response received when I text them either. His wife Nicky talks very nicely in the beginning and made me feel like these people are trust worthy but she stopped responding to email inquires regarding the matter. When I get her on the phone she gave me fake promises to just to end the phone call. As of today, they have no explanation for why they didn't file the application with the county. $800 refund is not received yet! If i don't get my money back - they will have a lawsuit against them very soon.

"We have spoken to you and we just got a permit for a job that took over 4 mnths to get we explained in the beginning that this would be a long process i have answered emails as well as spoke to you on our days off to reassure you then out of the blue we recieved a message that you didnt want our services so we cancelled the request at health dept you broke the contract however you can do whatever you please on lawsuit have a wonderful holiday season."

Hired them to install new septic system, They did a good job installing system but were supposed to come back and fill hole once the ground settled, it has been 30 days of trying to get them to come back and they schedule and then no show, and make excuses why not to come out.

"Per our contract with you there is no final grade included. The contract that you have with us was done in a timely manner professionally and you paid for. However with payment you were unable to be contacted you were supposed to pay half down other half when completed that is not what you did you did half down then split payments to pay off the job and took 3 weeks to get ahold of you just to get final payment."

The only good thing about them was that they were on time. They did not bring an empty truck, so they did not finish emptying out the tank, still one third full. They spilled waste all over the yard and told us that we could clean it up after it dries out, did not we pay them to get rid of the waste? As soon as they left, they ran to the bank and cashed the check, no putting a stop order on that one until they complete the job. Buyer beware of this company!!!
