Customer service was very poor. Polite at 1st, but had total disregard for my other property while doing the work. Never sent me a receipt after I paid them. I will not use them them again, but I have used HA in the past, and will continue to do so.

Project repaired cracks in foundation in my garage and installed a new drainage system. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Workers were pleasant and completed the job sooner than I expected. Insurance and licence info was provided as requested. Very pleased with entire experience

R&K came out reviewed the project and gave a timely estimate. With the estimate they provided insurance and license information to me. They started on time and remained committed to their initial estimate when some complications arose, they didn't attempt to ask for more money and I respect that greatly. They did run into some equipment issues that set them back a few days, but then they brought in extra workers to try to get the project back on track. The completed project is beautiful, and we are very happy with the outcome. We would recommend this contractor to a friend / family member.
