I am a renter whose experienced 17 days in a row of serious electrical issues. We haven’t been able to cook, and also have not had hot water. Landlords sent 4 different electricians out here and no one knew what to do until David from R & K showed up. He has decades of experience, and after investigating the problem, he knew immediately how to fix it. He ordered the proper parts without hesitation. As soon as everything arrived, he was here the same day to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I would absolutely recommend their services. Thank you R & K!

While others had a great experience, I did not. I had immediate response to my call for repair but it went downhill from there. After 3 weeks of unreturned calls, long response times and then a missed appointment for the repair job [I even confirmed the day before] I am done. This occurred July of 2025 NOT 5 years ago as shown,
