"In 29 years we have never had an unhappy Customer! I do not recall any contact from Mr Craig E. nor does he state his address. On occasion we have a customer from many years ago whose roof sustained wind storm damage or damage from fallen tree limbs. New damage is never covered after the initial warranty! Sometimes people have act of God damage after the warranty is expired and want us to pay for repairs that have nothing to do with our workmanship!!! The 2 Roofers Mr. Craig C. Claims he consulted may not be Master Shingle applicator certified roofers, and glad to talk down another roofers work, to make the customer happy to pay them!!! Never"
