Got multiple bids, RKL was most competitive and impressive when discussing the job and answering my questions. The team came on time, was super efficient, professional, nice, and flexible- went the extra mile and spread some of my extra stone - saving me a ton of extra backbreaking work. Their attention to detail was impressive! Their precision with their equipment- went right next to our new garage and fence was perfect. Well done. 10 out of 10. I can’t think of anything that I’m not completely satisfied with. Thanks to the whole team!!

We looked at all the reviews before we decided to hire this company. We needed our parking lot repaired all the seams filled and the lot sealed. As a business when we close we loose money, the first time we closed we were scheduled for two days dedicated to us. The first day it rained so I understand they could not come out but I do not understand why the second day being dedicated to us that I was told they had another job and it was more important. Christina got made at me when Inquestioned the second day and them not showing up. We were rescheduled for another date, they showed up started the parking lot but the parking lines were not finished, here again it was numerous times of being canceled. They did not finished the parking lot the one day as we were told so the drive way we also were having done got put off for another date. A couple more times of not showing up to finish the parking lot, finish the lines and complete the crack filling. We finally got the driveway done and the lines painted. The cracks are still not all done and whatever they used in the cracks is turning color ( yellowish color). The entrance to the main parking area was talked about having it done from a broken area at the top to the bottom of the entrance. Also on the drive way a trough was to be dug into the small bank and put in, the workers were not aware of it and the called Christina . She called and said they could only do a curb now that it was paved. We are a veterans organization and I expected the same service as it appears all the people that wrote great reviews received. I called Christina last week to talk about some of the issues and I'm still waiting for a response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called 5 companies & they were the only one to respond quickly, professionally, gave the best price WITH a military discount! They were very prompt. Estimate came back quickly. Both my contacts were professional and helpful. Problems that arose they took care of promptly. Excellent workmanship. When contacted they answered back right away

They came during one the coldest days to measure and write up a estimate. All the other companies I contacted said they would have to wait until the weather is nicer to give me a estimate. We bought this house and the driveway was unpaved. Very long and rough to drive your car to the house. I did get a few estimates thru my realtor and almost collapsed at the estimate was. over 20,000.00 and some higher then that. I thought it would be 15years and driving down a long unpaved driveway would be my misfortune until I save the money. I looked at home advisor one day and came across RKL. I Called and they were great. The let me vent about my driveway and once the tar company started to make tar I would be first in line. I guess I was so pitiful and distressed they took sympathy on me. A few days later they showed up. I thought oh no not another estimate I cannot effort. I about fell on the floor an danced around my kitchen . The price was half of the other contractors, and at least 2,000.00 less then that. I immediately hired them. they came as soon after the company that makes tar opened.. They did a amazing job. and the house looks great since I have a tarred driveway. I came home later in the day and was shocked at the amazing job they did. I was so grateful and happy that I actually gave the owner a hug. HE IS Fair AND HONEST! WIL NOT RIP YOU OFF AND IS PROFESSIONAL AND DOES A DRIVEWAY THAT I THOUGHT WAS DESTINE TO BE A ROCK PILE WITH MANY HOLES. It was always a thrill ride to go down the driveway to get to the house! RKL THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! WHEN YOU CALL AND GET A ESTIMATE DONOT BE SHOCHED AN THE PRICE. IT WILL BE HALF IF NOT MORE THEN THE OTHER COMPANYS. AND IF YOU are HOME ALONE YOU TO WILL DANCE IN THE KITCHEN at THE ESTIMATE AND THE OUTSTANDING JOB THANKS DEBBIE.

Great customer service. Took the time to listen to what the project was really about. Showed up when they said they would and completed the project as we had discussed in a timely fashion. Easy to work with and would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended. Excellent communication; fast estimate; work scheduled and completed within a few days. All done right.

The work was done quickly. Overall the quality of the work is good. The guys left a few soda cans and things on the property which was not very professional.

We had to deal with them by phone. They were very courteous and prompt, but it would be better to point out problems face to face.

The communication was good. The free estimate was done of the day of the first contact and the work was scheduled on the first day of the good weather. The work was done fast, only think was with punctuality, they came later than we were told

They did a good job on both my patios, There was a problem with the edging of my patios I just had done, but they now have came back and fixed it to my satisfaction

Runts was the only one to get back to me.all the others missed out on a 6000 sq. ft sealing job.the price was better than i expected .Waylon was on time for each meeting and to do the work .we also did my neighbors and they are just as pleased.I would recommend them to any one.

They didn�t pay attention to detail. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between the employees.

They arrived quickly and did 1/2 of the contracted job....repair work done but sealing was not....did not answer repeated phone calls to original contact person. I had to subsquently contact main office to get action. Original repair work had to be readjusted...tar taping reapplied and some of the repaired areas had to be retamped. Once sealing was completed, found that they had spreaded sealer on a poriton of plants along walkway

Sone and black topping. I use Runt's Paving and Excavating for 80 % of my projects with PenDOT. Always does excellent work. Would recommend to anyone. Only one time a small problem adn Luke immediately came out and took care of it. If you can keep PenDot happy your doing a great job!
