"Customer was informed the cheaper way of doing the repair may not work. We recommended to him to change the water heater which he didn't want to do. Then after all was said and done he got somebody else to install a new water heater. We charged $360.00, but the customer stopped payment on the checks. Costing us $20.00 therefore we only made him $140.00. This included 2 trips to his residence an hour round trip. Gas is not free."
