Despite the fact that my job was small, Rob went well beyond my expectations to make sure that all of my concerns were answered. He personally handled some of the trickier aspects of the job. The work was completed so neatly, I honestly couldn't even tell they had been here! I would refer friends and family to RK without hesitation.

I called six other companies after arriving home from a business trip to feet of snow piled up at the end of my driveway after the Super Bowl weekend storm. NONE of them responded so I turned to Home Advisor and sent RK an e-mail and he called me back within minutes and was at my home within 30 minutes. He had to work around my other vehichle with a dead battery parked in the driveway so it wasn't easy for him to maneuver with the plow but what a great job and I was finally able to get my car out of the garage! Very courteous and professional. Will now hire hiim for needed tuckpointing services!

2 CHIMNEYS - removed old sills and replaced with 6 inch concrete cap. Very nice and helpful - good price. He came back upon our request to help with a chimney cap that had a problem. We are very satisfied - and thanks so much for your help. We appreciate it.

Robert was very accomodating about scheduling a day to do the work, he and his helper came out right on time and completed the work in less than 8 hours and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing masonry work and would use him again if a job needed it.

Rob Kale called while we were waiting for another of your masonry experts to call back about scheduling. When the first company failed to call us we called Rob . He was out the next day (Friday) and not only repaired the chimney, he showed us the results of the work previously done. Wood shims had been used inside the chinmey to level a section of the liner and were actually charred. We could have lost our entire house if Rob hadn't done the necessary repairs promptly and properly. Mr. Kale was a real professional; I'd recommend him to anyone.

He was very considerate of time, calling and rescheduling when he was unable to make it here on the first scheduling due to a great amount of snow we received in this area at the time.
