Rick with RK Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning did a wonderful job. Rick removed and replaced one of our existing HVAC heating units and AC Condenser that went bad at our Canyon Church in Anaheim Hills. He was super fast and did the job in two days. I've been a General Contractor for over 50 yrs and I would highly recommend his company for any job. His company will be doing all of my work in the future.

Rick was very professional and punctual. He was actually going to arrive to my house early, and he called to inform me of the new ETA. Upon arrive, he greeted me and gave me his card, then asked me again what was wrong with my AC system. I explained it wasn t cooling as effectively had been, and I had recently changed the air filter. Rick immediately went to the outside compressor and began to diagnose the problem with his specialized equipment. He explained each step of the diagnostic, and what each step meant to the performance of the machine. I don t think many customers will ask these questions, but since I did he answered them without hesitation. After all was said and done, he had recharged the refrigerant, and cleaned the compressor coils and we have a very cold AC system again.

He was prompt, courteous and called when he was on his way to my residence. He knew his business very well. Did not try to push extra repairs on me and actually worked to save me money. Even with an older air conditioning unit requiring old FREON, the cost to charge up the compressor and put in sealant was a bit on the pricey side. They seemed to do good work though. I really need a new A/C unit but can't afford one since retiring.

He got our airconditioning going !!! Yea!!!! :) Told us the problem and got it going --- Coool.

Rick contacted me promptly and was able to fit us in while in the area. He communicated his arrival time. He checked out our AC for the problem and explained the issue. His pricing was reasonable and he already had the parts on hand which made the repair go quickly. In a matter of 30 minutes our AC was back up and running.

They showed up on time. This is a BIG issue with me. They were polite, knowledgeable, had the right equipment and supplies on hand and diagnosed and repaired my system quickly. I wish all companies had this ethic and were this easy to work with.

Rick & Antonio arrived at promised time and stayed until the job was completed to my satisfaction. They answered all of my questions with courtesy.

Rick called within 1/2 hour of our request. He came that same morning and diagnosed the problem. We needed parts and he told us how much it would cost for the part installed. As no one else has even told us they could fix the problem we were happy to have Rick get and install the part for our heater. He came the very next day and within 1/2 hr had the problem solved. We would use his services again if needed and have no reservation in recommending him. He is a polite and professional businessman.
