R&K Property Solutions

Extremely fair pricing.

DO NOT HIRE! I hired R and K Property Solutions to do basic carpentry work for a rental property. I HAVE PHOTOS to prove they did dangerously sub-par work in installing stairs leading up to my front porch. They used very thin, not stair quality or thickness, wood slats AND then screwed in a wood piece to hide the fact that there was not support on either side of the stairs nor down the center. Luckily, another contractor saw it and alerted me. The long screws they used poked out of the wood by about a 1/2 inch! When he called for payment, I told him about the quality of the wood and the HORRIBLE install job. Surprise, surprise... I never heard from him again. These guys will scam you! BEWARE. The contractor showed just how dangerously unstable the stairs were. It was a lawsuit waiting to happen. My new contractor was able to easily, pull the stairs apart with just his hands. Imagine had a child fallen through, or cut themselves badly on the exposed screws! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Roy is truly dependable.

Reasonable pricing and quick work.

Prompt personalized expert service.

Good at what he does. On the phone he said around $100. He changed me an hour driving time from cedar rapids to coralville so ended up paying more

He was prompt and stayed with his work and finished with cleaning up after himself

Very satisfied with this company. They were prompt and did very good work for a ver reasonable price. I would highly recommend R & K Property Solutions
