Quick to respond and told us we really didn't need to replace the unit but should first add some freon and a new filter. He did that and it's cooling fine again. The unit is 17 years old and will have to be replaced sooner than later and I will call these folks for that.

Installed a Fujitsu 12RLQ mini-split heat pump (my choice of unit); four-day lead after scheduling install; took 4.5 hours to complete w/ two workers (company owners); satisfactory workmanship and professionalism; paid original quote $3,200 - could not bargain down; so far (first week) unit works as expected; repair service will be provided if necessary (1-year labor by contractor).

He fixed the problem - coil dirty & offered suggestions on how to make our system better. I called RL Adams after 3 service calls from my old AC service co. left us with no solutions. We will definately use RL Adams again!!!!
