Think Ryan is way over his head. Tried to cut corners various times, but worst was trying to do flat work with less people and equipment that should have been there when concrete trucks arrived to pour 25' x 30' floor for addition on house. Concrete looks like a lake on windy day and Ryan is nowhere to be found. It's going to cost us several thousand dollars to correct Ryan's incompetence. From our own experience, steer clear of Ryan Loper.

Abandoned my project

Damaged my iron gate while doing concrete. Refused to pay for damage and tried to repair himself. Looked like a junior high shop welding class put it on. Hinges rusted out in less than 6 months. Gate fell off.

Extremely poor communication and planning. DO NOT HIRE!!!! We are on month 8, and we are not even half-way done. If you hire any pool contractor, get a time frame on the agreement in writing, so they have something to hold themselves to as well as you do for your sanity...

Does not follow through with promises I just want this pool completed.

RL Concrete (Ryan) did what he said they would do and in the time frame promised. I know something about concrete because I was a concrete mason when I was much younger. The work is professional and fast. Weather conditions were wet and cool which delayed concrete set up, but the guys did their best under those conditions. When the job was done they left us with concrete blankets to protect the new pour and finish from rain and freezing. The price was very reasonable and within the expected cost structure that I estimated for the job. Ryan did not try to high-ball us with the bid, as did a few other bidders. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use RL Concrete for any future work.

He stuck around and helped up pull tree roots at no extra charge. And he gave suggestions and advice as well.

Ryan Loper was very professional and completed a great job. We had a tight budget and schedule, and the inconvenience of long distance communication regarding job. However, this was not the obstacle it could have been since Ryan completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend him and/or use his services again.

The project was a huge one, but due to the weather, it took longer than anticipated. All delays in finishing the project were weather related. I am very pleased with Ryan Loper (Concrete Solutions) and his work. His bid was more than fair. He was friendly and courteous at all times, as were his workers. He did a tremendous job, and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone.

Best imaginable, he and his team far exceeded expectation. Highest compliments to Ryan's artistic eye that so well captured the sun's passing shadow in line with my patio curves. They arrived early, worked hard, each skilled in the variety of challenges quickly overcome. Overall the most enjoyable contracor experience I have yet to afford.

Ryan showed up early and completed the job on time to meet the deadline at the dump - he even brought in some extra help when needed. He and his team were professional and polite. While I know they had a deadline to meet, my only complaint is there attention to detail when it came to cleaning up at the end.
