Call RL development all day long, they never return your calls. Especially when they have money they have promised to give back to you and dont return your money. ELDERLY FRAUD, that is right. They ran off with my moms money. I will keep everybody up to date on what is happening. THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT. RAN OFF WITH THE MONEY. KEITH B, IT IS TIME TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. DO THE RIGHT THING.

they took my moms money and broke the contract and will not contact us after they said they would give money back. dishonest no integrity. do your homework on rl development contractor is matthew ray latino/ owner is his gf. Rachel Rodriquez is what she goes by but has a lot akas. look for criminal records before hiring these people. if you want bad bad bad work done these are your guys. if want a contractor that wont show up he is your guy. so be very wary of rl development. we are heading to court with them.

I have to be honest, I liked these guys personally but as far as the work they did... mediocre at best. They made a HUGE mess, didn't show on two occasions due to personal problems, had to be called back for corrections, accidentally took my plastic cover and blue tape... they wore no protective masks for sanding, no booties... tracked dust everywhere... They are good guys out hustling to make a buck, but.... you get what you pay for. In fairness, they offered to discount the job, but I figured they needed the money more than me so I paid $600 to hang about 7 1/2 sheets of drywall, mud and sand.... after leaving a disaster area on day one.... for 3 weeks before they returned... I demanded they do a thorough cleanup when finished... even that was only ok... nothing impressive.

My egress window failed resulting in water getting into the basement in huge amounts three times. I called these folks and they came out the next day to look at the problem. I told them what was happening and they knew immediately what was wrong. A week later they started the job which involved a lot of digging and eventually jack hammering the basement floor to reach the problem. It was backbreaking work in extreme heat. They were always cheerful, prompt and polite. The clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We hired him to fix drywall pops and prep repair for painting. He explained how he would fix the nail pops. So I felt he knew what he was doing . Then I came home and and he had not at all fixed them the way he said he was going to. I had to ask him why and then he repaired them the correct way. And he did no clean up. Left debris on floor and this is the day after and I'm having to still prep the walls. Holes not filled. No texture on spots. Very nice guy. If you have time to babysit and nitpick to get the job half done! Then they're your company.

RL was honest, hard working and easy to work with. They did a good job and left the site clean. Everybody was accommodating and willing to do exactly what I wanted. They cut a hole in the foundation, installed an egress window and created a tiered wall/escape on the exterior of the house.

We hired RL Development for several projects as we were fixing up our home to sell. They came out quickly to give a quote and started working the very next week. Projects included repairing gouges and cracks in upstairs walls, painting, finishing a basement room, and powerwashing & painting a deck. Finishing the basement room was tricky, because the project had been started previously by someone else and not finished. Nevertheless, Matt and his crew did a fantastic job. That part of the project included hanging drywall, mudding/taping/sanding, painting, installing baseboards and window trim, and carpet. Because the project had been partially started by someone else, there were quite a few surprises that Matt had to work around, troubleshoot, and fix. These issues caused the project to take longer than anticipated, but he was very patient with these surprises and continued working long hours until the project was completed. He did an excellent job and was very professional and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend them.

RL Development completed for me 3 projects: exterior painting (roof trim), power wash and gutters cleaning. They gave me the best price on my projects and did a great job completing them! Very professional and knowledgeable, fast and efficient workers. I would definitely recommend this business.
