RL Solutions was great. Joe came out the very next morning, accommodating our schedule by coming before 9:00. He was prompt and very quickly resolved our issue. He even went above and beyond by programming the garage openers in our cars for us as well. I would definitely recommend him!

it was NOT 2 weeks later but the very NEXT day you fixed the cable and I DID ask the cost for replacing the opener. Please do not lie to me ok? And the amount of money you asked for was absurd. I did leave him five stars in the first place because he asked me to do so many times. the cost for replacing a cable was 250 if I remember correctly. I revise my review and give him 5 stars because he seems to be very well aware of the law in Michigan. congrats.

"Thank you sir , let's start from the beginning, the first time we serve your garage door and replace you 2 cables. you was very satisfied and leave is 5 stars reviews, then 2 weeks later you call us regarding something wrong with the door and we get you a technician right away to assess the issue and after diagnosis the door , we saw that your garage door electric opener is burned out because it's very old , you didn't even ask for a price to replace it . And we didn?t charge you for any service to come out at all which is required. If you are leaving us a negative review without getting any service you agents the law in Michigan by hurt bus"

RL Door Solutions answered my internet request to Home Advisors within 2 minutes of the time I requested broken garage door spring replacement. Joe showed up 20 minutes later and diagnosed he did not have the springs I needed in his truck, and had to come back 3 hours later with the correct springs. His installation ability was remarkable to watch. The installation was done in record time, and was done very well.

We never noticed our builder only installed one spring for our garage door, so when it broke our car was stuck. RL came out in about two hours to repair/install (two springs this time). Couldn't have asked for much better service.
