I was disappointed that the project was not completed as expected. Some landscaping timbers that were to be hauled away were thrown behind my garage. There was not a smooth edge where the concrete meets the door. Cement was left all over my siding. The yards were to be simply landscaped, which still have areas that were not. I realize my yard was a challenge due to roots still left from removed trees. I paid on time when asked and had already paid in full, not asking for anything else to be done. But when I voiced my concerns, I was told I was ungrateful and would be put on a list, blackballing me from future contractors. It was a sad ending. Furthermore, in less than five months, there is already a 7'6" crack all the way across the slab. This slab was hand shoveled and no ice melt/salt was used on it to compromise the project.
