"Disclaimer: We completed a project for this client and he refused to pay. This comment will be updated if the invoice is paid. Hi Michael, Thanks for reaching out. We do not agree with all the information presented in your review, but we appreciate the time you took to give feedback through our follow up in person meetings, our phone call with you, our email correspondences, and now this review. We do acknowledge that our team was out of the office on a Wednesday when you called (you said calls/emails were unacknowledged), as we were out of the office that day. We actually did reply to you at 6:30pm, which was after hours, even though we were not "back in office" until the next day. We apologize that was not satisfactory and have since hired even more back office staff to cover these gaps. The $625 you refer to was for a project that involved retrofitting your kitchen cabinets, trim, decorative moulding, and stain to match your current cabinets so you can fit your new fridge. Our technician found a simpler solution, so we charged $120 as as service call for the work we actually completed (which our technician recommended as a much simpler solution to save you money and $120 is the minimum trip fee which is listed in the purchase terms you agreed to). After this, you changed your mind and asked that we send our master carpenter to do the original project. When our team showed up, you said that you changed your mind and decided you wanted to review more options, get new bids for those options, and then reschedule after discussing over several new alternatives. At that point we said we will only charge for the work we completed so far (we actually discounted the total amount, as our technicians visited on site 2xs and we only charged for 1 visit), but our team had already visited on site 3xs and could not afford to do any more visits or have the follow up meetings you were requesting to have regarding this small project. As you said, you did have other experiences you felt were great with our company and it is unfortunate you only left a review when our team could not do any more complimentary visits as you requested. It appears you have done this to other companies, as well, since you have left 19 low star reviews out of your 20 total reviews on Yelp.
