Ricky did a wonderful job on the install and gave a very fair price for the job. It is refreshing to know that there are still honest contractors that will quote a fair price and then stick with that price through the end. When all the other so called "reputable" company's in the Rockville area were charging between 6 and 8 thousand dollar to do the job RL Norman did a great install for less than half the lowest other estimate. Thank you Ricky for a great job well done.
