I hired RLP to do a complete exterior renovation on my home. Windows, doors, siding, gutters, etc. I paid for materials as ordered only to find out 10 months later that materials were not ordered when he received the money. The windows he ordered are all mismatched sizes. Every window installed has to be removed. Windows are on order again to replace the mess Rob made. My house siding (most of it) was removed in late January to begin window work and now sits exposes while I search to find another contractor. At this time, I have recovered money or materials for the amounts I have paid, but none of the materials were ordered until I told him I was seeking legal assistance two weeks ago. Now my home is exposed until materials can be received and I can find an honest contractor to do the work. Do not pay him without written receipts. Do not trust him. Everything he touched has to be redone at my home.

If youâ re looking to replace your roof, look no further than RLP Contracting. Rob arrived on the estimate date on time, provided a quote and a date for installation and he didnâ t let me down. He worked with me to provide quality products (shingles and gutters) within my budget. The crew did a top notch job and cleaned the work site before they left my home. I love the finished product. I couldnâ t be happier!
