Antonio and his crew did a good job on our home. He took the time to explain what he would do, followed up on promises, showed up on time, and overall was good at communicating throughout the entire process. He was not pushy on payment or employ any blatantly annoying sales tactics which we appreciated. I'm confident if we have any issues in the near future with the quality of his crews' siding work, that he will do his best to make it right.

Antonio is great. Very professional, on time and great quality work. He always made a point to communicate with the owner and make sure everyone was on the same page. The company I work for had their siding completely redone and painted. It looks great and we all are glad that the mold is gone and that there were flashing put up to make sure mold doesn't come back. Also we got installation in. We all are happy with the work that has been done.

Antonio called immediately after I sought a pro through HomeAdvisor. He made a point of showing up at our work site within 24 hours. We needed someone to take over for us on our family built home. We were installing the lower siding, but couldn't handle the second floor and gables. We had already purchased the siding and belly band material and had it painted for them. They agreed to do the upper siding, belly bands and sofits for us. The crew were artists! The workmanship is perfect! They were professional, hard-working, and cleaned up everything each evening. Cannot give too high a recommendation. The only thing we regret is not hiring them from the start as our work is not the quality of theirs. We will be having RL Painting & Siding paint our home next - and expect an exceptional job. larry

Helpful, on time, and cleaned up after. We were fit in between a big job and so the painting over the new siding had to wait an extra day- but they got us in quick, because they had the opening. So I was very happy

We used R&L Painting&Siding to install new hardie siding and some windows for our house in Issaquah Highlands.. We have a house, relatively new (built in 2002) that had no flashing under the siding. The cheap builder shortcut (not installing any flashing all around the house: around windows, doors, where two planks were joined etc) brought a big expense on us. All our neighbors have the same issues. We had leaks inside around two windows. Antonio explained the situation and we agreed that we needed to replace the whole siding. Patching around some windows, doors and some places where planks were meeting without knowing if we have dry rot or mold, was still not a solution. We received quotes for the patch work but they were high and carried no warranty, Antonio, the owner of R&L Painting & Siding, was absolutely right. When he removed the siding on the most exposed to rain side of the house, we found a very extensive area affected by dry rot and mold. He replaced almost the whole plywood on that side and a lot of the window frames that were affected. He took pictures if we were not around to show us what he found under the old siding and how he addressed the issues. He also replaced some soffits (also water damaged) and he coordinated perfectly his work with our gutter installer. It was a two week process and we had time to know Antonio and his team. They were very pleasant to work with, kept the work site clean after they were done for the day and communicated very well when we had questions. We are more than happy with the work that was done. Antonio and his team were very professional, finished on time and did an excellent job. R&L Painting did not take any shortcuts and their work was very detailed. The house not only looks beautiful now but it is healthier to live in. It was a difficult decision to replace all siding but with Antonio’s guidance we made the right call.
