Aaron and Steven are excellent Plumbers! They provide the very best customer service at a reasonable price. They are very responsive to calls for help. I had a leaky PVC valve and they arrived within a couple hours and fixed the problem quickly with minimal disruption to water flow for the house. I appreciate the reliable, professional service! It was my second time calling them for help and it won't be the last! I highly recommend "RL Plumbing"!

RL Plumbing was great when they were going to get paid but when I asked for the plumber to come back because the trench they dug for the new main waterline did not feel to return it back to its original condition (and the dirt sunk creating a void) and then the plumber ignored my texts, I called the company itself, and the owner was very rude saying that they were VERY busy with other customers to which I responded, I am a customer too but I am asking you to fix my issue. The owner had the plumber text me that he will be out Thursday if weather permits. The weather was clear and sunny that day and this was several weeks ago. I texted him again several times with no reply from him. This company does not honor their warranties. Avoid them!

Only one technician for what likely was a two-man job, but he got it done. Came out to assess the job, provided a quote, and completed the job the same day after another company had tried to take advantage by providing an exorbitant quote and lying to my daughter that her water heater was a special size and cost a lot more. RL was honest, on time, and got the job done right.

He did not let me know up front that he only accepts cash and would not accept my card. This put me in a bad situation. I will never use them again. When he estimated the job he should have told me then. I felt like this is a shady business practice.

Great job for half the cost of big companies

The owner of this company quoted me 1 thing for a 40-gallon tank, showed up and decided I need a 50 (2-person household), did not ask if I was ok with that (he assumed I did not know what I needed), then up charged me without authorization. The work took 3 days to complete (this was a simple water heater install), and I had to get an electrician in to fix what they screwed up. The owner, Ronald Lachance, was rude, unprofessional, and unethical. He told me the upcharge was to cover his credit fees. I had to ask him about the permit and inspection (he never even brought it up) and now is refusing to get one after the fact. Do yourself a favor abs hire ANYONE ELSE to do anything at your house or just go without hot water.

satisfied, expect for the cost

Had a water pipe break on Christmas Day. Left info on Angiâ s List and got a call from R. L. plumbing the next day. Was at our house 15 minutes later and the pipe repaired in a little over an hour! Was very pleased with the work and the price, even the day after Christmas, was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
