The bid to replace my fence was very competitive and the fence they built exceeded my expectation. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and knew what they were doing. The fence was completed exactly as scheduled. I highly recommend RL Quality Construction. I’m planning on replacing my deck and will hire this Company to do the job

They didnâ t stand by their product. They installed over 200 feet of Cedar Fence. It went well with the fence construction, the problem came with them not standing by their product. After a wind storm 7 month after they built the fence, some of posts in the gourd became loss, thus part of the fence now leans. We called to ask them to check it for needed repair, I was told they would come over the next week. We also told them we would pay for the repairs if they felt they, RL QUALITY construction was not at fault. They did not show, they did not return any of our phone calls or messages. We still have not heard from them. It turns out we could not count on them. I would avoid RL Quality Construction. We will still have to pay someone to make the repairs.

The project was quoted promptly and initial communication was pretty good. This was the lowest of 6 bids and price and schedule were the deciding factors in our decision to move forward. After scheduling, I emailed to ask who would be calling 811 to mark the utility lines. Reggie confirmed that he would, but no utility people showed up going into the weekend. We called Reggie and told him this and told him that the project could not start until the lines were marked. He confirmed and mentioned that the utility people should be there since the request was submitted on Friday. We said they needed 2 business days so the earliest they would be there was Monday. We pushed the job back one day since the utility people did not show on Monday. The team showed up on Tuesday and dug and installed the fence posts and then left to pick up the remaining materials for the next day. On day two, the team showed up in the morning and Reggie discovered that they had placed the posts for vertical fencing and not horizontal fencing (needed to be closer together to work with the slats) so they dug up the posts and re-did them. They also installed the 20' of 3 ft tall fence. When I returned from work, I noticed that the 3' tall fence posts had all been cut down to height and not left tall for the 6' gate that was supposed to be installed. We called Reggie and let him know and he said they would re-do those posts. The next day they got to work installing the horizontal boards on the 6' fencing. I video called with Reggie while I was at work (my partner facilitated) to confirm which side of the fence would get the "nice side". We agreed that it would all face inwards. Later that day my partner looked outside and noticed that the crew was installing the boards on the outside of the fence and went out to talk to them and had them switch it back to what we had talked about with Reggie. The next day they continued the fencing without any major hiccups and the last day the box gates were built and installed. We reviewed the work with Reggie acknowledging that everything was done correctly and looked nice. We mentioned the confusion (including having to re-do work after we asked questions) and lack of communication and he acknowledged the challenges and pointed out that it was done in the end. After the project was completed, I emailed, texted and called to ask for a receipt and did not receive one until my partner called multiple times. Reggie did show up to make a minor repair to a gate latch about 1 month later. Overall, the workmanship is good, but the communication was not very good.

From introduction to completion, Reggie was very professional, informative, timely, and he installed a top quality fence and gates for our yard and our neighbor. We received 5 quotes and he was the only one to bring photos to our initial meeting. His quote was in-line with others but what made us decide on his company was his photos, excellent reviews and professionalism. His option of overlapped boards was appreciated and the cost wasn't much more. We highly recommend RL Quality Construction!

Reggie and his team were polite, timely, and professional. The completed project looks fantastic, and they kept their work space orderly and clean even when calling it quits for the day. But probably most importantly, they were exceptionally receptive to feedback. When a segment of the fence was uneven, I pointed it out with the immediate reply of "thank you for pointing it out, we'll fix it right away." There wasn't even the hint of pushback, just pure professionalism. Reggie also stands by his work and left me an open invitation to contact him should I notice something in the coming days not to my liking. I would recommend Reggie and his team to all interested parties.

Reggie was timely and professional in his communication. His quote was extremely competitive compared to others I got. He and the two men working with him were very professional and polite. When they accidentally ran into a water pipe on the fenceline, they fixed it even though it wasn’t really their fault because it was not installed deep enough. They also cleaned up the mess of mulch that was caused by the leaking water. Overall I am very happy with Reggie’s service and commitment to doing a good job. I would definitely use him again and my husband who is a real estate agent will recommend him to clients in the future.

Reggie and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. They were very professional, easy to communicate with and most importantly, built a solid, beautiful fence that our neighbors have complimented. They cleaned up tools and building scraps each day and at the end of the project, left the yard just as it was before. We're thrilled and wish all of our contractors were like Reggie.

The project went extremely well. Reggie is quick to respond and came right out to give us a quote. His quote was the best price out of the 3 we got! He is easy to work with and made our vision of what we wanted our fence to be come to life! The quality of the fence is excellent and the installation process went very smoothly. Once we contacted him to let him know we wanted him to install our fence, he was at our house the next week to start the project. The fence was up in 2 1/2 days. We could not be happier with the final product and I would 100% use Reggie again for any future fence projects. Highly recommend!!
