On time for his bid. Was available the next week, finished the project on time. Great quality product, gave me options, friendly and responsive.

They didnâ t stand by their product. They installed over 200 feet of Cedar Fence. It went well with the fence construction, the problem came with them not standing by their product. After a wind storm 7 month after they built the fence, some of posts in the gourd became loss, thus part of the fence now leans. We called to ask them to check it for needed repair, I was told they would come over the next week. We also told them we would pay for the repairs if they felt they, RL QUALITY construction was not at fault. They did not show, they did not return any of our phone calls or messages. We still have not heard from them. It turns out we could not count on them. I would avoid RL Quality Construction. We will still have to pay someone to make the repairs.

Reggie gave us a good, detailed quote and then proceeded to do a really great job on our fence project. He was very easy to deal with and took obvious pride in his work. He even came back to finish the work on a Sunday due to Saturday being mostly rained out. I would most definitely work with him again on future projects.

The workers were nice; very respectful. They looked like pros and the fence looks professional. They anticipated my needs and recommended several things that made the project successful. When I had a problem with a gate latch, they were here in no time flat to fix it. I will have them do my deck!

The company was great to work with show up early and ready to work great work ethic would hire him in a minute plus wood he got for our fence was way better quality then fence we put up last on the other side last year less expensive also great job in one day
