I have filled this out for R&L before. I have completed all requirements (3 separate contractors hired, all given evaluations ) yet you don’t recognize the information and you haven’t issued a check. Why???

Called and showed up in timely manner. Did great work. Talked about other projects. He said he would get back with me and never did.

He had to order parts to fix my shower. He kept me advised on the order and fixed the problem promptly

Luis and his assistant, Alex, did excellent work for us assembling some furniture and hanging pictures and wall decorations. Superb job. They even recommended a better configuration for our wall decorations. We were very impressed by the care and exactness of the work. Very courteous and friendly. They not only cleaned up the work area, but hauled away the boxes our furniture and wall decorations came in . All this at an extremely reasonable price. We've already arranged for them to do more work for us. We highly recommend them.

Luis was very professional. Did the work quickly and cleanly. I hired him to do another job to spread decorative rock on my front yard to fill gaps.

Ruis did an excellent job on my stucco repair and some mortar repair on a retraining wall..He then hauled many years of junk and trash away for me and overall I thought his price was reasonable..He was on time for the job and very easy to work with and would hire him again..

Very prompt appointment and arrived on schedule. Understood problem, and amazingly had tools and materials at hand to fix it. Cheerful and polite, professional. Had helper who he treated with respect. Worked steadily and rapidly. Very reasonable fee. Fixed the problems. I will use him again.
