Very prompt and easily fixed our washing machine and for no extra charge checked our fryer that was making a little noise. Very reasonably priced.

Russ was extremely responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. He accommodated my work day by scheduling the repair in the evening. Russ' pricing was the most reasonable and his work quality was very good! I've already started recommending him to my friends. Thanks so much, Russ, and HomeAdvisor!

Communication could have been better as to why it took the amount of time it took. I think we had to wait 2 weeks, so an update every couple days or at least once a week would be better. We felt like we got forgot.

Took a while to get dishwasher latch repaired, but when Ryan repaired it, he knew what he was doing and was fast and curteous.

Great work done in a short of amount of time.

Friendly and thorough

Right on time, took time to explain the process and fixed the issue in a very timely fashion. I have found a new service provider.

Great service; just need better communication with clients. I had to call many times to set appt. times or find out the update on the status of my appliance part etc. Nice, friendly, quick service, but always please, please CALL to let customer know approximate times, whether your running late because of other jobs etc.

They worked w/ our schedule to send out a repair man and got out as soon as possible. They did a great job, and were respectful, and very well priced. I would recommend them for sure.

Refridgerator was making an intermittent growling noise. Was able to contact Russ on a Saturday and he was able to hear the sound over the phone. Made an appointment to come by that day and look at it. He was able to repair it that day. We would definitely hire Russ again.

unlike sears was able to get russ appliance to my house within couple days. did great work, at good price and amazingly friendly to deal with. will never call anyone else again. oh, and sears. waited two weeks, they didnt show up, rescheduled me for another appointment 2 weeks later. sorry Bob Villa, but sears blows.

Russ had a technician repairing my refrigerator within 30 minutes after our phone conversation. The start relay and capacitor was replaced for around $200 and I was off to my morning appointments. The parts are warranted for 5 years against defects and labor for 30 days, It rates as one of the fastest and friendliest service calls I ever had. The Ankeny technician was professional and explained each step in layman terms. Thank you for your service.

They came when they said they would and fixed my problem in about an hour. The price was reasonably high, but it saved me buying a new stove.

I called to have them fix my 2006 GE Clothes Washer at 9:30 this morning. Service Tech came out within 2 hours. Very friendly, NO "creepy vibes", and comparable rates. He showed me how to take the front face of the washer off to unclog a hose--something the company warranty did not divulge within their "trouble shooting" pages--it only required a putty knife to release the 2 hidden latches--apparently GE didn't want to risk some dingaling suing for possible electroc shock for messing with electrical components. He had it working within 10 minutes but took an additional 10+ minutes to show many the inner workings of the machine. HAPPY!

He hooked up mygas dryer. THey checked both appliances to make sure they were both working as they should be. There was a problem with the dryer and he told me what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it before doing any work on it. Very nice, pleasant.

They did a great job. Fixed my dishwasher in about an hour and it is running better than ever.

Russ missed the first appointment but called to reschedule. He was very knowledgable when he got here and quickly fixed my washer.

The project took a little longer than expected and paid additional $5.00 for the service. Will use Russ Appliance again. Thank you!
