Standard Appraisal fees are: $350 - Single Family, Townhouses, Condominium and Land appraisals, $550- 2-4 unit Multi- Family properties $500 - Single Family Rental/Investment properties. $700 or more - Prestigious/High Dollar properties of 5,000 sqft or more. For commercial properties of all types call for a quote and a Preliminary Analysis at no charge. ATTN HOMEOWNERS: IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR A MORTGAGE OR REFINANCE, THE LENDER OR MORTGAGE CO., IN MOST CASES, WILL CHOOSE THE APPRAISER FOR YOUR LOAN AND CHARGE YOU FOR THOSE SERVICES AT SETTLEMENT. THEREFORE, IT IS WISE TO ASK YOUR LOAN OFFICER IF YOU NEED TO FIND AN APPRAISER ON YOUR OWN BEFORE YOU START SEARCHING.

"I completed this report in a timely manner, at a discounted fee. I never sensed he was unhappy with my work. It is frequent in this business to blame the appraiser for their opinion of Market Value if the Appraisal does not "work" for the customer due to value issues. This is not the fault of the Appraiser, as long as the work is completed in a professional manner that is not mis-leading to the reader."
