They did not do quality work and clean up very good. First day six guys showed up second day only two, the job took way longer than they said it was going to... they threw shingles in my yard waste barrel and they split it with all the weight and then took it to empty it and they were going to replace it but never did! They did not even return the old one! I have called and sent emails asking them to please replace my yard waste barrel that they ruined and I have heard absolutely nothing back from them.

We had a bad experience. They did damage to our lanai. Our gutters were clogged with roofing material. They came back but I finally had to clean gutters and hired someone else to fix lanai. I would not recommend.

Some garbage was left behind in landscape

I got many many beds for things I did not need in this company did the job for what I need and did the work for what I need at a great price.

This company is straight forward and honest. I felt secure with what they said and what they did. I got a lot of bids but chose this company because I was being over sold by the other companies wanting to buy what I did not need. This company did exactly what I needed, they saved me a lot of money and the flat roof looks perfect.

RM Coats Construction is a top notch company! I could not of picked a better company to put a new roof on my Mom's house. Robert was the best to work with and his guys were the best working with my Realtor with me living in Michigan. Thank you so much for the awesome job you did!! We live out of state and purchased a home in Florida. Home inspector said we had a couple years on the roof. Insurance inspector said it needed immediate replacement. We called RM Coats. They came out same day and gave estimate. Thoroughly answered all questions related to FL roofing requirements. They were able to begin the job in time to meet insurance deadline and sent photos of progress. Although we haven t seen it yet, looks great in photos and neighbors say they did good job!
