Randy was our general contractor and handled so much for our new home in Germantown: site work, excavation, a custom septic system, framing, and GC management. We broke ground in May and were move-in ready in October. Five months from raw land to finished home! Honestly, we were blown away by how beautiful the house turned out. It's better than we imagined. The driveway grading is excellent, and the custom septic was designed and installed to fit our site. What really stood out was how flexible and easy to work with Randy was. Communication was clear and responsive from start to finish, and he adapted when we made changes along the way. The speed, quality, and communication made the experience well worth it. Randy arrived exactly when he said he would and, did a wonderful job. He kept me informed about what he was doing and completed the job quickly and well.

Randolph was fantastic at every stage of our project to fully rework our driveway in Woodstock, which had apparently never been touched since it was first built 40 years ago. He gave us the best estimate in price, quality, and detail among 6 we solicited. When it came to doing the work, he was professional to an extreme, responsive to all our concerns, wise in responding to an unforeseen problem in repairing the drainage plan, and (as an unexpected bonus) artful in reshaping the driveway in a manner that improved the look of our entire site. This was like working with men in construction years ago, who were straight, honest, very hard working, and really knew what they were doing. I got â a lot of bang for the buckâ as they say!
