The first thing the repairman said was he had never worked on a wifi thermostat. The company knew that is what we wanted installed so we should have been told either they didn't have a qualified tech or send someone that knew what they were doing. The mess they left behind was unbelievable. Wires were connected on the thermostat that weren't connected to the boiler, wires were stripped and left. They knocked the air valve on the boiler sideways and didn't fix it. It was a terrible experience and we ended up having to hire another business to fix the issue. Not satisfied with the service at all.
