Full explanation of what needed to be done, Easy to work with. On time. Re "value for the money spent"--I did not research what other firms charge. I cannot answer this question, but without it I probably could not submit my other answers, so I clicked on 4 stars. The answer is meaningless.

These guys are great. They contacted me the same day -even though I submitted the inquiry late in the day- and came the next days and did a thorough inspection..
