Robert the owner..was on time..very professional..and he did a beautiful job..washed the roof...blew dried the gutters..sealed what needed to be sealed on the roof..then he applied the roof sealant..let the first coat ..dry..then he applied the second coat..cleaned the area...nice guy..A++ work..I'll hire him again..for all my roofing needs...thanks Robert...Jackie..I live in the Villages..

I initially wrote a glowing review right after the work was done. However, 11 days later it rained and the roof leaked where it never had before. I immediately contacted Robert Watson. A week later - following a second phone call by me - he came to see. No help. He did have someone come to try to repair the problem. No luck. I have been suffering with this since then. On July 8th he said he would have a solution by the end of the week. Finally, on July 30th I told him he had until August 9th to do something. He did. He had someone put up a tarp! It is now the 16th of August. I still have a leaking roof!

I have to share how amazed I was by the owner Robert . when I submitted the information I received a When I submitted the information I received an immediate phone call. Robert let me explain all of the issues that I was having without interruption so he knew exactly what I needed. We organize the time for him to come look at the job. So he could give me a price he was on time job, very respectful, continued to be responsive and was very honest and open about my options. Robert did not try to upsell me. He gave me an honest price and came back and completed the work on time and at the the agreed-upon price. He gave me an honest and open evaluation of the other part of my roof advised I should have at least another couple years on it without any issues when I’m ready to do that. I absolutely will call him back.

Rob Watson was hired to repair roof vent leak. Rob Watson charged me 1800.00 dollars and failed to fix leak.. Rob Watson would not honor written five year roof guarantee. Rob Watson refused to return money. Within six months my kitchen area developed mold and had extensive damage due to roof leak that Rob Watson was hired to repair. Note: In my opinion Rob Watson has no integrity and does not honor his written guarantee.. I do not recommend this roofing company.
