We contacted R&M Success Services LLC for a kitchen remodel. Mike, the owner responded within 24 hours. Mike immediately stopped by with a contract that detailed costs, services and timelines. We needed quartz counter stops, sink/faucet, electrical, wiring , plumbing and backsplash; which was executed flawlessly. Mike is honest, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous. He & his partner fulfilled every service with a high-lev,el of integrity and professionalism.. We were impressed with their skillset and expertise and they kept up informed every step of the way. It was refreshing to work with contractors who are attentive and have a passion for what they do. The end result is spectacular! We love our kitchen and receive so many compliments, We're used other contractors that are good but the R&M team are phenomenal! R & M was very responsive and informative. The original Trex decking was improperly installed and led to a complete structural rot failure, so this turned out to be an expensive replacement instead of a repair. R & M explained everything, and then did what had to be done, and did so before the end of the fall season when other contractors wanted to make us wait until the spring. R & M seems to be a solid, honest and reliable family company and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
