After reading the reviews and seeing prior work, I called Renee to help fix some poor work done by another contractor. Even for such a small job, Renee was on top of it right from the beginning. I gave him the keys to my rental and he and his team addressed all the repairs needed (plumbing, flooring, doors, etc.) quickly and at good price. I will be doing more business with Renee and would definitely recommend him to others.

The job was done in July 2020. I am still receiving promises from Rene that he will come and repair a portion of the installation that was not done correctly. It is now November 2021. I wish I could attach pictures.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
we hired him to install a laminate flooring with in 3 to 4 weeks a bubble occured on the flooring.We contacted him, he showed up and said I will take care of it,but it will be 2 weeks befor I can get to you,we said fine,it's been 4 weeks and have not seen him or heard from him. One major problem with him in talking to the installer,who was a sub person is that he uses who ever he can get with or without minimal experience.He never once came by while the work was being done.We only saw him befor and after the installation.Laminate flooring is funny in that it takes about 20 to 30 days for it to expand and settle,he should know that himself.I am now trying to fix it myself.

René has a great personality and good business acumen. He covered my job personally when his main tiler, Oscar, was busy at another job site. There were a few bumps along the way with odd sized tiles that both men shaved to size. There were a another few bumps with some tiles needing to be replaced due to mis-placement. Consequently, the job took a tad longer than expected by all. Nonetheless, I got a fair price, a new floor, and one more task off my remodel list. Thank you, René and Oscar.

I would like to file a grievance against this so-called pro, for my money back. He installed the door Incorrectly, damaged the door from installing it Wrong. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL EVERYONE THAT R and M (RENAE) IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND DID A SLOPPY, INCOMPLETE JOB. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID I HAVE ALL THE PICTURES, PROVIDED BY ANOTHER REAL PROFESSIONAL, I HAD TO HIRE TO FIX TOTAL FAILURE

"The Front entry door was installed correctly and to the customers satisfaction in May 2020, the client purchased the door. It closed with no issues, and no light coming in from outside, with a nice tight seal when closed, however the client did not purchase new door casings for the inside or outside. We removed both sets of door casings without breaking of chipping any of the pieces, we reinstalled both sets and caulked, the client was very pleased with the finished product or she would not have paid us in full, and she asked us to install a guard door that she was going to purchase and we agreed. However that was back in May, fast forward to now, homeowner hired a different person to install and in the process they damaged the frame. That work voids our warranty."

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
René is a true business man and professional. He was able to start our project immediately. We had already bought the flooring, but the estimate for installation was very reasonable. René and his workers were respectful and constantly asking what they could do to meet our expectations. They worked times of availability. The work took a little longer than expected; however things come up and the quality of work was worth the wait. Oscar is a really fast and hard worker and his work is very clean and professional. Domingo did an amazing job on the stairs. René was constantly checking in to see if the job was being done to satisfaction. Some places rush the job and the work results are sloppy, this is definitely not the case with R&M. If you want the job done right the first time, then choose R&M for flooring and upgrades to your home. Very Respectfully, Brian and Denise H.

Beware of this company. I wouldn't recommend this company because they are flipping homes while their repair roofs it created delays to get my roof done and poor quality.

"This client was happy with all the roofing work we did, and his insurance came and inspected the work done. However his warranty had expired by 8 months, and he needed a roof repair and wanted our company to do it for free, of course, we do not work for free I do not know of anyone that does. He threatened to sue, however, his attorney told him that his warranty was expired and he would have to pay. We honor all warranties but when they expire by 8 months I do not know any company that would."

"We were asked to replace rotted 2x6 top railing on a weathered deck, so we did, as you know new wood is slightly bigger than old weathered wood. We informed the client of this, the only way to be perfect was to replace all wood on railing, client did not want to do that. As for the paint, there was already dried paint on the deck from previous painting. And we started the project at 1:45pm and finished at 6-7pm. Client was informed of all discrepancies. We are highly recommended and do excellent work, i have reached out to the client to reevaluate us."

Great experience all around! Quick to answer calls and texts. We were in need of an exterior door replacement with a quick turnaround and these guys delivered. I think the job ended up being a little more involved than anyone anticipated but they stayed on the job to finish it properly and didn't rush through it. Cleaned up nicely and took away the broken door. I would definitely recommend R&M.

I do not think you can go wrong with these guys. Did a terrific job. Even put felt feet on the furniture so it would not scratch the floor. Even replaced a divider free of charge.
