Very disappointing. Hired Rich to repair the macerator pump in our basement. He spent 2 minutes and said it was fixed, charged me $40. It stopped working again the next day because he did not actually diagnose the problem. I hired a new plumber who immediately completed the job the correct way. This lack of customer service caused us a weekend of issues that could have been avoided. Very disappointing.

Rich did a great job and was very helpful. He answered my questions quickly and set an appointment to do the work within a timely manner.

Rich replaced garden hose bib, arrived on time and finish the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Plumber replaced connecting pipes under two sinks, one a very tight area under a corner sink. Worked quickly and neatly to fix both problems.

Rich was prompt when chosen, he was on time when said he would come. Had leak in ceiling that i could not find myself, within 10 minutes Rich found problem and within 40 min was out the door, problem fixed and at a fair price. Would use again and recommend

Good job, Though it coudl have been a little cheaper, but can't complain with the work.

We were very happy with Richard. He was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating. He is also very honest and told us we didn't need new copper piping. Another plumber that gave us an estimate told us to put in new piping. I highly recommend him. His pricing is very fair. We have found a new plumber we can trust.

Reasonable price and work. Scheduling could have gone a bit smoother, but there was vacation involved and it was not emergency work, so not that big of a deal.

Rich was professional and on time. He knew what the problem was and replaced a shower cartridge quickly and neatly. Would recommend him to anyone else who needs plumbing work done.

Rich was the only plumber that I called for an estimate who requested photos of the hose bib that needed repair. When he arrived he knew exactly which part needed to be replaced without replacing the entire faucet. He did a great job and did it for a fair price. Would definitely hire hm for other plumbing projects in the future.
