They responded fast to the initial text from home advisor. There was an estimate done. We went with them because for repairing a gutter and supposedly replacing a roof it was very reasonable. Was told that they were busy and would do it as soon as they could. This was no problem. But we waited a month with no updates for work.They don't show up when they are suppose to. They don't return phone calls except for Brandon. He is a go between. They use old tar paper. Do shoddy work. They are not returning my phone calls to talk about the fact that I have tar paper on my roof and no shingles. They also didn't take precautions for some loose concrete that was holding a portion of the roof on my porch and broke some. The estimate went from $500 to $735 to 835. This was before labor, which they weren't going to charge because the estimate was done wrong! They also asked for half the money before we even got a contract signed.
