They were quick to get the contract signed, quick to withdraw unauthorized funds from the loan I signed for. A long delay to begin the job. A 3 day job turned into months of coming back 3 times to repair bad installation issues. A couple of issues were never satisfactorily completed. Failed to respond to my communication attempts after that. I would never refer this company to anyone for work.

They did a great job. Was here on time and finished when they said they would.

We signed a contract with RM Property Solutions after our home was hit by the 5/27/2019 tornado to repair/replace our roof, pour a new concrete patio, and install new siding. Russ was very quick to collect and cash the entire insurance check we received. As of today, 12/2/19, the siding has only been halfway completed. He sent one man to complete this job in September and what has been completed has not been done well. We requested a refund for the siding plus additional damages that he caused to our home while installing the foam board/siding and work not yet completed per our contractual agreement. Russ is refusing to refund the full amount of the siding and actually sent us an invoice indicating that we owe him $719 more!

I hired RM Property Solutions in Troy, Ohio for a siding job. They did very well with the job until by very end when after being paid in full they have refused to return any of my phone calls and have disappeared from the job even though it is not yet completed

Hired them in September, and paid them 50% of total cost. Supposed to be done in 3 weeks, still have not seen anyone. Supposed to have flat roof construction changed to angle roof, half of work done and have not seen anyone for over a week. I have to constantly call to get any information. I hired them based on previous customer reviews. I am seriously regretting this. They seem professional but beware, they take your money and never come back! They sure came fast enough for that!

Roof was replaced on garage. Every thing cleaned up follow up with the sales representative to make sure every thing was completed' Good Job Thank You

They were able to beat the price of all other competitors with the same product, same warranty, and same guarantees. Russ was a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend his company to anyone for anything they do. The roof he said could take 2 days took 8 hours, and was fully cleaned up after. The new gutters went up in less than 2 hours from tear down to brand new. Great reliable company RM Property Solutions.
