Took deposit did not do work.

I had a short deadline to get my skylight replaced, and RM was able meet that deadline with a well done installation.

WARNING!!!!! In my opinion: do not hire Dennis Ruiz, and RM Remodeling, all he got done was demo, a very small portion of plumbing and drywall. He was consistently late or did not show up at all, always an excuse. After three weeks, we told him we simply have to find someone else to do the job. Now he owes us about $5-6,000 and when i was able to get a hold of him he promised again and again he would send a check, well that was a month ago and still nothing and now he wont respond when we try to reach him. BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!!! And think twice about it, i surely wish we had.

The worker was nice and professional.

Dennis and his team were great. Very friendly, hard-working and professional. The replaced my deck and the result was beyond my expectations! It is beautiful! I'm so pleased with it.

The workmen were courteous and prompt. The quality of their work was outstanding.

We hired Dennis to refurbish an existing deck that had seen better days. The project was already underway when he cam on board and it wasn't the easiest situation to walk into. I found Dennis to be very personable and professional. While our project wasn't without hiccups, Dennis and his crew did their best to make us happy and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

We hired Dennis and his crew to replace and repair an existing Trex deck that had deteriorated badly. They removed the old Trex, repaired the foundation and frame and rebuilt it with the new material. We are very happy with the result. They do quality work and are nice guys to work with. The only complaint we had is that the job took a month and a half, when it could have been finished in a week and a half. I guess they are busy with many other jobs during the summer, but we expected it done a little faster. We are glad it is finished and they did a great job!

He does good work . And he,s willing to work with you on the price. These type of people are hard to find. So I would call him back anytime.

The workers were very polite, careful and hard working. They worked everyday from 8am until 6 or 6:30 pm.

The project was completed as scheduled. Final project was satisfactory.

lnitial hiring was for a pocket door repair and replacement of interior stair railings. Have expanded the project to include bathroom vanity replacement & painting as well as repainting the living room/hallway. Dennis is doing excellent work & I would recommend him. He and his crew are personable and keep the premises clean and organized.

I hired Dennis Ruiz to hang pictures. He helped carefully select locations, and measure where to hang 8 large paintings and prints in various rooms in my apartment. He was warm and respectful, had a "good eye" and the necessary skills. He showed up on time and was somewhat expensive but finding a person of his caliber to take a job requiring less than a few hours is very very difficult. I'm very happy and satisfied and enjoyed working with him.

Owner Dennis was very easy and flexible to work with. Felt as though I got a fair price for the work performed, and he and his crew did a great job!

Comment: Very respectful, knowledgeable, an excellent, hard worker offering helpful suggestions, noting things in my older condo I wouldn't know to look for. Quality of work excellent, communication of arrival times very poor. He did finish the project in a timely manner, very helpful with moving furniture, taking away old carpet. Suggest have all supplies delivered or pre-ordered for the project, might help with communication about delayed arrival. Having the work done right rather than quickly was my priority so I am very pleased. He installed new lights and outlet in my bathroom; painted 2 rooms and installed new carpet in two rooms.

Dennis was very personable and he was willing to work me on the price. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend for anyone else considering and I will be using him if I have any projects in the future.

Enjoyable transition.

Very personable, but extremely tardy. Took on too much responsibility and also demanded to be paid up front. The work is good, but not timely. Lacks general courtesy to notifying whether he is coming to work or not. Promised to finish it in less then two weeks, but its been a 5 weeks and the still not finished.

Dennis is very knowledgeable about his craft and expects the best of himself. He has great work ethics and is very honest. I would hire him again.
