Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Ryan at RMS Plumbing was GREAT to work with. He was fast, courteous, friendly and replaced our leaking water heater quickly and professionally. We are VERY happy with our experience and will bookmark Ryan and RMS Plumbing as our GO TO for any future plumbing needs we may have. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Ryam came to review my water heater replacement project. He was on time for the appointment, gave a very thorough review of what I needed to do to better meet a more efficient way to connect the water heater and placement of it. He went out of his way to review my concerne and met every question with a thorough answer. Although he was not the lowest cost contractor bidding he was by far the most interested in doing the work and doing it correctly.

They are worth a 5 star, but I never rate anyone a 5 star. They were very quick in responding to my inquiry, gave me a great price, and had the work done in a timely fashion. What more can one ask for from a provider. I would definitely recommend this company.

Replaced water heater with defective unit. RMS worked diligently to correct the problem with a different "new" unit and all is well! Of all quotes RMS was less costly than any others.

Ryan was able to come out the same day and replace the pump. He even took extra time to rework the connections that were not aligned right due to sloppy work from the prior company that replaced this same pump a few years ago.

Ryan was the first to call back after I submitted a request to be matched with a pro. I called around to price compare and Ryan's quote was one of the lowest and he was able to accommodate a Saturday installation at no extra charge. He showed up as promised and completed the work with courtesy and left the work area clean & neat. For a leaking hot water heater project it actually turned out to be quite painless as RMS made it quick and easy.
