My ice maker was not working and I called R.N.C. Appliance after reading such great reviews about them online. Bobby came out that same afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and before leaving, told me the total cost and when the part would be in. As promised, the part came in two days later and Bobby came right out and replaced it. He is neat, polite and professional and I will be using him for all my appliance repairs and any new installations in the future. Couldn't have asked for better service - thank you!

They went above and beyond to fix my 20 year old gas range without a visible model number. I ended up replacing it. They installed the new one by arriving on time for the delivery to disconnect the old and install the new.

Robert and his staff was VERY knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have a Kenmore Washing Machine (pre-1977) of which they do not make any replacement parts for anymore and the transmission of the machine died. I was looking at having to buy a new washing machine BUT Robert was able to find a transmission (which should have been impossible) and install it and my washing machine now works "as good as new". His efforts and service was greatly appreciated and if I have ANY problem with my Appliances in the future... HE will be my FIRST call to get it fixed/repaired.

The repairman was prompt and successfully repaired all parts of this stove so that I did not need to replace this 13 year old stove. But it did cost me more than anticipated.

Bobby was very helpful, explained everything he was doing and why. He came quickly and came back when he said he would after the delivery of the part he needed. He was great. He fixed my ice maker.

Rob diagnosed the issue, to defrost the fan, and replace a main control board. He came up with a fairly steep price ($370) but convinced me by "it's either this or your food goes bad". After some decisiveness I said ok. I told Rob to leave the main control board after he replaces it. I called my friend 30 min. later to check on the status and he said that Rob was done in 15 min. He took the board I told him to leave and conveniently threw it out the next morning. After telling multiple contractors the story, they all say I got scammed, it's impossible to defrost & replace parts in 15 min.

Rob did a good job communicating and managing my expectations. We discussed in advance what the likely problem was, and he was right. He came in and repaired it successfully. It took an extra day or two beyond what we thought, but it was still a relatively fast process of repair. The hose is shorter now than prior to the reair, giving me less flexibility for locating the washer, but still, overall, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Rob.

repaiman-Joe-quoted price on phone-when he looked at repair needed he said price would be $45 more. I said he quoted a lowerenumber and he said then ok. The repairman, Robert Cincotta, was excellent! Polite and on-time. Would definitely use him again.

They were very prompt & courteous. He even called ahead. The problem I had was that he replaced two parts without stating the costs which were $50 each. These parts retail for $13 TOTAL on Amazon!! I would recommend asking which parts you need & buy from someone else.

Robert responded to the request for service quickly and arranged to come to the house the next day. He arrived at the exact time stated and quickly fixed our issue. I would strongly recommend him and will call him again for any needed repairs.

RNC was prompt in returning my call and came out to resolve my problem, same-day. Turns out it was a minor problem, which they fixed and charged me a very fair price to address. I've saved their card in case I have any other troubles with my appliances, and I won't hesitate to call them again.

We hired Robert after reading eight great reviews on HomeAdvisor. I couldn't be more pleased with both Robert of RNC Appliance and HomeAdvisor. I will definitely use both again if needed. Robert made the time for us, coming over within a day of our call and came up with great work around solutions to our problem installation, which was out fault, not his at all. He was courteous, prompt, knew exactly what he was doing, a real pro. And he gave me great advice about brands of appliances, and was really helpful overall. I had a washing machine that did not work on the spin cycle. Robert was very quick to respond, assess the problem, fix it and I was operational that morning. He also fixed a minor problem with the dryer hose on the way out. He was clean, fast and courteous. His price was reasonable. I would definetly usehim again.
