Really good experience. RNG installed a high quality tankless water heater for a fair price. He actually met me at the Plumber's Supply business to assist me in getting the right unit and connections.....with NO MARKUPS! He even showed me (hands-on) how to maintain the unit! I finally found a reliable, fair-priced plumber ...
